Mads Aaen
Mads Aaen has many years of experience in buying and selling companies.
As a financial advisor for more than 20 years, first at Alfred Berg ABN AMRO and since at ATRIUM Partners, Mads has advised on strategy, EXIT preparation and purchase/sale of companies in a number of industries, including sustainable energy, service, construction, manufacture and trade.
Previously, Mads worked at NASDAQ OMX and the Danish Construction Association, while also teaching at Copenhagen Business School. Mads has an MSc in Financing and Accounting.
Mads has strong competences in purchase and sale of companies, acquisition strategies, EXIT preparation and strategic analysis.
