Morten Højberg
Morten Højberg is a co-founder and the CEO of Moment A/S recruitment bureau, which today boasts an annual turnover of DKK 300 mill. and 110 employees.
Morten also co-founded NPS.Today Aps, where he is chairman of the board, and Onboarding Group Aps, where he is a member of the board. He is also on the board of A-kassen ASE unemployment insurance fund, Partner Aps and Lasso X A/S, and he has previously held a board position at All Ears TM A/S, where he was appointed on behalf of The Social Capital Fund. Morten has also sat in the Regional Employment Council for a number of years.
He comes to The Social Capital Fund with his extensive experience and competences within management, strategy, IT/digitalisation, the labour market and entrepreneurship.
